Jewelry Boxes

One of the trickiest aspects of being a jewelry enthusiast is not deciding what to wear, but rather how to store all of your baubles, trinkets, and gems!  My jewelry is currently stashed away in bags, in closest, and cluttering up counter tops.  It's starting to drive me crazy! So I decided to do a little research into jewelry storage options.  Here's what I found: jewelry boxes that rival even your prettiest jewelry.

ASOS Bracelet Pull

We tend to think of ASOS as the place to go for up-to-the-minute fashionable clothes, but their jewelry and accessories department is also right on trend.  ASOS has a large selection of jewelry, so even the pickiest of shoppers can find something that catches their eye.  Here are my picks for the top bracelets currently on the ASOS site. Bonus points for reasonably priced pieces! Only one of the bracelets below falls into a different price category.  Can you guess which one?

First Row:
Sweetie Chain Stretch Bracelet / Cross Fine Bracelet / French Connection Gray and Silver Bracelet

Second Row:
Ditsy Snake Knot Bracelet / Arrow Drop Chain Bracelet / French Connection Chunky Friendship Bracelet / Spike Stretch Bracelet

Third Row:

Jewelry Review: Mr. Kate Twig Cuff

I've had my Mr. Kate Twig Cuff for almost one year.  Let me tell you about this beloved bangle of mine.

This bracelet wraps snugly around any wrist, because it's soft enough to open and then squeeze tight.  The bracelet itself is brass and then plated in a precious metal.  I have the white gold as most of my jewelry is silver.  Although, that is changing because I am loving yellow and rose gold as well.  So many choices.  As luck would have it, the twig cuff comes in black, yellow, white or rose gold...so you have options! Or if you really fall in love with this item, you can buy multiple colors and wear them together. Such a cool look.

One size fits all, sold individually for $112 each.

If that didn't get your attention, maybe this will. Check out the effortlessly gorgeous Jessica Alba wearing the Twig Cuff in yellow gold. This one might be next on my list!

Spotted & Sourced: Rachel Bilson's Blue Necklace

I was watching Hart of Dixie of Monday night (I know, I know, guilty pleasure!) and couldn't help but notice Rachel Bilson's (aka Dr. Hart) eye-catching blue necklace.  I knew had seen it somewhere before so it took me all of five minutes to check my favorite designers and hunt it down.

I have been a long time fan of New York based Gemma Redux.  Gemma Redux started out with a heavy focus on mixed metals and tangled chains.  A look I can't help but love. Her newer collection has stretched to include more stones, color, and geometric shapes.  The perfect example is the Krisztina Necklace, worn here by Rachel Bilson, made with rectangular blue lapis stones and 18K gold plate spikes.

Designer We Love: DANNIJO

How could you not love the eclectic range of designs from sisters, Danielle and Jodie Snyder?  Just as their names combine to make the ever-cool namesake DANNIJO, so do their two distinct styles combine to meet somewhere in the middle of bohemian-rocker and classic-sophistication. The combination of those two styles define the DANNIJO Collection.  Here is a sampling of pieces to swoon over. Take some time to get acquainted.

Ps - DANNIJO has also started offering the coolest iPhone cases. I'd snatch one of these up asap if I hadn't just signed a 3-year contract with BlackBerry - what was I thinking?! More here.
